Portavogie Rangers face a busy September programme featuring important league encounters and two cup ties, including a Clearer Water Irish Cup trip to Comber Rec.
The First Team begin the month at home on Saturday 5th September when Shorts visit for an NAFL Division 1C fixture.
Rangers then make the short journey to face Comber Rec in the Clearer Water Irish Cup on Saturday 12th September. The eagerly anticipated local tie offers Portavogie the opportunity to progress in one of Northern Ireland football’s most prestigious competitions.
League action returns to New Harbour Road on Saturday 19th September, with Tullycarnet providing the opposition in Division 1C.
Portavogie Rangers II also have three fixtures during the month, beginning with a trip to face 4th Newtownabbey II in NAFL Division 3E on 5th September.
The Seconds travel again the following Saturday when they meet Civil Service II in another Division 3E contest.
Their league programme then makes way for knockout football on the of 19th September, as Rangers II visit Ballysillan Swifts II in the ToalsBet Junior Shield.
With both teams involved in league and cup action, supporters can look forward to three consecutive Saturdays of football.
