First Team Manager

Portavogie Rangers FC are inviting applications for the position of First Team Manager.

We are looking for a motivated, committed and ambitious individual to take responsibility for our First Team and lead the squad both on and off the pitch.

The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of First Team football, including training, matchday preparation, team selection, tactics and player development. They will be expected to set high standards, create a positive and competitive environment and work closely with the club committee to help take the team forward.

This is an opportunity to put your own stamp on the First Team, develop the existing squad and help attract and develop players who can contribute to the club’s ambitions.

What we're after

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to plan and deliver effective training sessions
• Good tactical and technical understanding of the game
• Ability to motivate, manage and develop players
• Commitment to maintaining high standards on and off the pitch
• Available for midweek training and Saturday fixtures
• Relevant coaching qualifications desirable
• Previous management or coaching experience desirable
• Good knowledge of local/amateur football would be beneficial
• Ambition and enthusiasm to help drive Portavogie Rangers forward
